Almaty. February 22. Kazakhstan Today - Head of the Frontier Service Academy under National Security Committee Major, General Talgat Yesetov left a message for Prosecutor General before committing suicide, Kazakhstan Today reports.

"General Yesetov before putting a pistol to head, called the driver and gave him a bag of sportswear and ordered to go to the car. They say that he made even a small gift for the sergeant like a souvenir... He did not go out immediately and stayed in the reception. Over time he heard a pat, then another pat. The driver rushed to the door. When together with a duty officer they broke it and broke into the general's office, Yesetov was dead," the Metropolis newspaper reported.

The newspaper notes that the criminal investigation into the suicide filed and investigated, but every day more and more questions arise: what is the main motive of suicide? Who General met with and talked on the phone before the fatal shot? Where is the suicide note which he left on the desk? And what did General Yesetov write there before he died? Also the fate of three packages left by the General on his desk is unknown. One folder was to his wife, the second - to his son, the third - to the Prosecutor General.

Main Military Prosecutor's Office states: "National Security Committee is investigating a criminal case on illegal use of official authority by officials of the Border Guard Service under the organization of repair and maintenance of aircraft. As part of the case, they check the involvement of current and former executives of the Border Guard Service, including Yesetov, in taking bribes from representatives of Ukrainian enterprises. Regarding Yesetov the investigators did learn the transaction to repair aircraft in 2010, in the conclusion of which he participated, while working in the central office of the Border Guard Service."
