Astana. August 18. Kazakhstan Today - The work on interethnic consent needs to be improved. The Minister of Culture and Information of Kazakhstan, Muhtar Kul-Muhamed, said on Friday at the meeting with the collective of the republican newspaper Egemen Kazakhstan, the agency reports referring to Habar agency.
The Minister of Culture and Information of Kazakhstan, Muhtar Kul-Muhamed, discussed the goals and prospects of development of the edition with the correspondents of the newspaper, Habar informs. The Minister of Culture and Information of Kazakhstan noted that the republican newspaper Egemen Kazakhstan "is one of the main Kazakhstan publications, its daily circulation is 135 thousand copies.

Oil spill detected in Caspian Sea
According to space monitoring data, received from Sentinel-1A (02:43 UTC), an oil spill was detected on March 30 in the area of Kashagan field in the Caspian Sea. The spill area is about 7 square kilometers. The spill was drifting to the north of the Caspian Sea," the publication reads.
