Astana. September 28. Kazakhstan Today - Kashagan works are not suspended. Vice Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Dusembay Turganov said in the interview to journalists.
Vice-minister has emphasized, "it is the issue of suspending the works. It is the issue of changing the operator."
According to the minister, if by the results of the negotiations the question of suspension of the works arises, it will mean the change of the operator." "The works cannot be suspended," he emphasized.
"If now, following the results of the negotiations, the parties do not agree, do not come to the common opinion, mostly likely the question of changing the operator will be brought," D. Turganov concluded.
