Medical employees could receive license via e-portal in Kazakhstan - Ministry of Healthcare

The Ministry of Healthcare of the Republic of Kazakhstan eliminated a range of state services that require direct contact with service recipients.
The Ministry of Healthcare of the Republic of Kazakhstan eliminated a range of state services that require direct contact with service recipients. In particularly, the amendments to the standard of the service "Issuance of a license for medical activity" in the part of the elimination of the service provider, receiving of documents and issuance of results, that is, it will be fulfilled via the portal of e-government and state corporation, the press service of the Ministry of Healthcare of the Republic of Kazakhstan reports.

As a result of the amendments introduced, direct contact of the government agency with the service recipient is eliminated.

In addition, in the state service "Admission of foreign specialists to clinical practice", receiving of documents via the office of the government agency (territorial divisions of the Committee for Public Health Protection of the Ministry of Healthcare of Kazakhstan), that is, receiving and insurance of documents are held via the state corporation.

The corresponding order "On introduction of amendments and additions to the order of the Minister of Healthcare and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 28, 2015 No.294 "On approving the standards of state services in medical activity" (registered in the Register of state registration of normative legal acts of April 11, 2018 No. 16742) was signed by the Minister of Healthcare of the Republic of Kazakhstan on March 1, 2018 and entered into force on April 30 of the present year.
