Ministry of Health defined prices for medical products for treatment of influenza A (H1N1)

The Ministry of Health of Kazakhstan has defined the prices for medical products for preventive maintenance and treatment of the influenza A (H1N1), the agency reports citing the press service of the ministry.

Astana. July 31. Kazakhstan Today - The Ministry of Health of Kazakhstan has defined the prices for medical products for preventive maintenance and treatment of the influenza A (H1N1), the agency reports citing the press service of the ministry.

According to the department, for the purpose of application of the urgent measures directed at uninterrupted maintenance and restraint of increase of the prices for medical products intended for preventive maintenance and treatment of the influenza, the Ministry of Health defined retail prices for the following medicines: the retail price of Oksolin ointment- 85 KZT, Tamiflu (Oseltamivir) in capsules 75mg №10 - 4300 KZT, Relenza (Zanamivir), inhalation powder with 4 blisters of 5mg in a bottle with Diskhalerom - 5mg/dose №5 - 4000 KZT, ascorbic acid in tablets of 0.1 grams with glucose - 20 KZT, ascorbic acid in dragee of 0.05 grams №200 - 100 KZT, a medical mask - 20 KZT, tablets of Paracetamol of 0.2 grams №10 - 10 KZT and tablets of Paracetamol of 0.5 gram №10 - 20 KZT.

As informed earlier, the license will be withdrawn from those drug stores that will be selling the above-stated medical products at higher prices. In this connection, anyone who reveals such facts needs to contact territorial divisions of Committee of Pharmaceutical Control of the Ministry of Health.
