Modernized taxpayer service centre opened in Almaty

"Batch service" is applied in the new taxpayer service centre, when flows are distributed by the moderator depending on the category.
A modernized taxpayer service centre was opened in Almaty. Mayor of the city Baurzhan Baibek visited the modernized centre under the State Revenue Department of the Zhetysu district.

The Mayor of the city noted that the qualitative improvement of tax administration increases satisfaction of the business and is one of the priority directions in the work of government agencies of Almaty as a city of entrepreneurship and private capital.

Head of the State Revenue Department in Almaty Askar Tynysbekov told that the updated services ate provided in the four districts of the city. The new taxpayer service centre applies "batch service", when flows are distributed by the moderator depending on the category.

It means that professional accountants who begin to run business, disabled people and other categories are serviced by different operators. A "Balapan" (child) package is introduced for visitors with children that allows parents to get a necessary service in sight of the playground. The zones with taxpayer self-service terminals operate," said Askar Tynysbekov.


Earlier, an Open Almaty public reception of the Mayor’s Office has been opened in Almaty, where the services, that are not provided in PSCs, are rendered following a "single window" principle. The Almaty project is marked with the medals of the European Forum of Smart Cities, and the contest of city practices of the CIS in the ‘The City where one wants to live’ nomination. Under the support of the Mayor’s Office of Almaty, the city prosecutor’s office has launched a Law Enforcement Service Centre with the use of modern technologies of governance.
