New quality standards of potable water will be developed in Kazakhstan. The Minister of Environmental Protection of Kazakhstan Nurlan Iskakov said during the presentation of the Eurasian Water Center in Astana, the agency reports. "The Eurasian Water Center will be responsible for development of the new quality standards of potable water," N. Iskakov said. Thus, he noted that large laboratory that will cooperate with all interested departments should be created. The center is the structure that will promote deeper interaction between all organizations responsible for future of water resources of Kazakhstan.
