President of Russia signed amendments to law forbidding children to be in public places

The President of Russia, Dmitry Medvedev, signed the Federal Law on amendments to the Federal Law on Basic Guarantees of the Rights of Children in the Russian Federation accepted by the State Duma on April, 15th, 2009 and approved by the Federation Council on April, 22nd, 2009. Kazakhstan Today - The President of Russia, Dmitry Medvedev, signed the Federal Law on amendments to the Federal Law on Basic Guarantees of the Rights of Children in the Russian Federation accepted by the State Duma on April, 15th, 2009 and approved by the Federation Council on April, 22nd, 2009. According to amendments, parents must care about health, physical, mental, spiritual and moral development of their children.

Children are not allowed to be in public places at night, including in streets, stadiums, parks, squares, transport etc. without parents or other responsible for them persons.
