Quarantine for influenza A (H1N1) to last in Astana until August 3

Quarantine in Astana will last until August 3rd and in Almaty - for 7 days. The Minister of Health of Kazakhstan, Zhaksylyk Doskaliev, informed at the press conference, the agency reports.

Astana. July 29. Kazakhstan Today - Quarantine in Astana will last until August 3rd and in Almaty - for 7 days. The Minister of Health of Kazakhstan, Zhaksylyk Doskaliev, informed at the press conference, the agency reports.

"We will remove quarantine in Astana on August 3. Quarantine will last for 7 days in Almaty where the first case of the influenza A (H1N1) was registered yesterday," Z. Doskaliev informed.

According to the Minister of Health, quarantine lasts no more than seven days. "Seven days should pass after the day of registration of the last case," he explained.

Z. Doskaliev informed that the information of the influenza will be provided daily.
