South Kazakhstan financial police investigated 13 HIV infection cases

Shymkent. January 24. Kazakhstan Today - The department on struggle against economic and corruption criminality of the South Kazakhstan oblast investigated 13 criminal cases on the fact of mass HIV infection of the South Kazakhstan children. The deputy director of the department for struggle against economic and corruption criminality of South Kazakhstan Serik Beysaliyev informed at the press conference.

As it was informed earlier, during the investigation of the facts of mass HIV infection of South Kazakhstan children 28 criminal cases have been brought, 25 of which, following the results of the investigation have been incorporated in one and transferred to court.

"13 criminal cases have been brought out of the whole number of the cases," S. Beysaliyev informed. He explained that five criminal cases have been brought on the item 311, part 4 of Kazakhstan Bribe reception." Five more cases - on the item 176, part 3 Misappropriation or waste of the entrusted property; one case - on the item 224 Receiving of illegal compensation and two cases on item 218 Infringement of book keeping regulations.
