South Kazakhstan HIV infection criminal court procedure to be private

Shymkent. January 18. Kazakhstan Today - The court procedure on South Kazakhstan HIV infection criminal case will be private, the Chairman of Al-Farabi regional court of Shymkent Ziyadinkhan Pirniyaz said today.

"Keeping publicity, we also should keep confidentiality of private life. Therefore, the case will be considered within the limits of the closed process," Z. Pirniyaz said at the press conference.

The court will begin on January 19 and will take place in the regional court. Each defendant has the lawyer.

As it was informed earlier, 87 children and 12 mothers have been diagnosed HIV positive in the South-Kazakhstan oblast.
