Spacecraft Soyuz TMA-15 launched from Baikonur

The spacecraft Soyuz TMA-15 with the crew of the 20th basic expedition was launched from the cosmodrome Baikonur today at 16.34 Astana time to the International Space Station (ISS), the agency reports citing Roscosmos press service.

According to the press service, the members of the crew of the twentieth basic expedition are onboard of the ship: the Russian cosmonaut, Roman Romanenko, astronauts Franc De Winne (European Space Agency) and Robert Thirsk (Canada).

According to the reports from the orbit and the data of the telemetric information, the flight is taking place according to the schedule. Docking of the ship Soyuz TMA-15 with ISS is planned for May, 29th, 2009 at 16.25 Moscow time.
