"Tajikistan is making all efforts and is carrying out the work on joining Customs Union within the EurAsEC limits. I think, that in the near future our country will be ready to join Customs Union," N. Rakhmatov said. The main advantages of Customs Union are restoration of the broken industrial relations and free transportation of passengers and goods.
N. Rakhmatov noted that the budget of Tajikistan will not be harmed due to fee movement of goods within the limits of Customs Union as already now the mode of free trade is taking place between the EurAsEC member states. "The most important feature of the union is the mode of free trade," he emphasized, having added, that within the limits of the union the countries shift the internal customs control over to the outer boundaries, as well as remove internal customs borders between the union member states.
