Almaty. August 5. Kazakhstan Today - Two more cases of the disease of the influenza A (H1N1) virus have been laboratory confirmed in Kazakhstan, the agency reports citing the press service of the Ministry of Health of Kazakhstan.

According to the press service, two cases of the disease of the influenza A (Н1N1) have been laboratory confirmed on August 5, 2009.

One of the diagnosed - a teenager who returned on August 3rd to the city of Petropavlovsk from Great Britain where he was from July 5 until August 2. He is undergoing out-patient treatment," the press service informed.

The second case has been registered in Almaty. The patient is undergoing out-patient treatment.

"As of August 5, 2009, 17 people have been diagnosed with the disease of the influenza A (Н1N1) in Kazakhstan. As informed earlier, 15 people have been removed from quarantine," the Ministry of Health informed.
