UN Secretary General urges Kazakhstan citizens to undertake steps on Environment Day

The UN Secretary General, Ban Ki-moon, urges Kazakhstan citizens to undertake concrete steps on the Environment Day to make the planet clearer. The statement of the UN Secretary General was read in the Ministry of Environmental Protection of Kazakhstan by the UNDP Permanent Representative Shu Haolyan, the agency reports.

World Environment Day annually celebrated on June 5th is for the United Nations Organization one of the main ways to draw attention of the world community to the environmental problems.
