The Minister for Foreign Affairs Marat Tazhin, the Chairman of the National Bank Anvar Saydenov, vice Chairman of the President's Administration Vladimir Shkolnik, the Minister of Finance Natalia Korzhova, the Assistant to the President Serik Burkitbayev, the Prime Minister Karim Masimov are the members of the council of foreign investors from the Kazakhstan party.
