Vice Minister intends to collect from Bolat Abilov $ 1,000,000 for non-pecuniary damage

Almaty. May 6. Kazakhstan Today - Vice Minister of Ministry of Oil and Gas Berik Tolumbaev intends to collect from $ 1,000,000 the businessman Bolat Abilov for non-pecuniary damage and disruption of business reputation, Kazakhstan Today reports.

"The non-pecuniary damage caused to me as a result of spreading information by the defendants, discrediting my dignity and business reputation is estimated 151,000,000 (one hundred and fifty million) tenge," Medeu district court of Almaty said in addition to the claim for protection of honor, dignity and business reputation in frame of civil proceedings on the claim of Tolumbaev to Abilov.

In addition, the complainant demands to admit as false and discrediting honor, dignity and business reputation "information disseminated by Abilov in his explanatory note; to oblige Abilov withdraw the explanatory note and deliver by hand a written rebuttal to all recipients, including posting on the blog of the Prime Minister's and the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the Civil Service; to recognize inaccurate, defamatory my honor, dignity and business reputation the information disseminated by Abilov at the online-press-conference on the Internet site http://www. nuradam.kz/ru/news/persona-grata/2013/March/104,; to oblige Abilov provide a written rebuttal on the blog of the Chairman of the Agency for Civil Service Affairs and the blog of the Prime Minister."
