29 children hospitalized with poisoning in Almaty oblast
Taldykorgan. July 4. Kazakhstan Today - 29 children were hospitalized with a diagnosis of "gastroenteritis" in the infectious ward of the Central District Hospital in Almaty oblast, Kazakhstan Today reports.
Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Kazakhstan informs about the addition to information on 23 children hospitalized in the infectious ward of the central district hospital with a diagnosis of "gastroenteritis" in the village Balpyk bi Koksu district of Almaty oblast. By 9.00 pm on July 3 six children were hospitalized in the central district hospital. To the moment 29 children are hospitalized.
According to the press service of the Ministry, "a commission is created at the location of the emergency situation. The cause of poisoning is being registered".
As previously reported, 23 children were hospitalized with a diagnosis of "gastroenteritis" in the infectious ward of the Central District Hospital in Almaty oblast.
From June 29 to July 1 in Koksu district of Almaty oblast 23 children were hospitalized with a diagnosis of "gastroenteritis" in the infectious ward of the Central District Hospital (2007 - 2010 years of birth). All the children attended nursery "Kuanysh". State of health of two children is mild, 21 children have moderate severity level.

Second wave of floods hits N Kazakhstan region
Due to the second wave of flooding, water level rose again with the overflow at 278 centimeters having increased by 21 centimeters," Kanat Duzelbayev said.
A number of villages in Kyzylzhar district and micro-districts Podgora, Kozhevenny, Zarechny, Kossogor are still under water, with 2,886 residential buildings affected by the flood. A total of 14,388 people have been evacuated in the region, with 1,037 accommodated in temporary shelters.
