Nazarbayev invited Obama to pay an official visit to Kazakhstan

Almaty. January 15. Kazakhstan Today - The President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev invited U.S. President Barack Obama to pay an official visit to Kazakhstan, Kazakhstan Today reports.

"On January 14 in Washington, Ambassador Kairat Umarov, presented his credentials to U.S. President Barack Obama," the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs informed.

During the talks after the ceremony, the parties stressed the dynamic development of the strategic partnership between Kazakhstan and the United States on a number of key areas.

At the end of the conversation K. Umarov congratulated the American leader and sent best wishes from the President Nursultan Nazarbayev on the occasion of the upcoming inauguration and an invitation to pay an official visit to Kazakhstan.

"President Obama, conveyed his best wishes to our President, and expressed his willingness to continue working together to strengthen global and regional security, as well as to develop bilateral cooperation," reported in the Foreign Ministry.
