Astana. September 29. Kazakhstan Today - Kazakhstan does not plan to introduce ban on wheat export in current marketing year. The Minister of Agriculture of Kazakhstan, Akylbek Kurishbayev, informed during the government session on Saturday, the agency reports.

"Kazakhstan does not plan to introduce ban on wheat export in current marketing year," A. Kurishbayev forecasted.

"The estimations have shown that the present volume of total grain harvest allows us exporting about 5 - 6 million tons of grain and flour to foreign markets. It is a mid-annual parameter for the last five years," he explained.
