Kazakhstan representative elected president of CIS Chamber of Commerce

Tbilisi. June 18. Kazakhstan Today - Kazakhstan Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce Yerlan Kazhasbay has been elected the President of the Council of the leaders of CIS Chambers of Commerce. The decision was accepted at the fifth plenary session of the leaders of the CIS Chamber of Commerce that came to an end on June 15 in Tbilisi, the agency reports.

Yerlan Kazhasbay has been elected the President of the Council of the CIS Chamber of Commerce leaders by annual rotation principle and replaced his Georgian counterpart Cemal Inaishvili.

Following the results of the plenary session of the Council of the CIS Chamber of Commerce leaders, the decisions of the session of the Council were signed. In particular, the Council approved the regulations on permanently operating advisory body in the sphere of international arbitration, the Rule on carrying out of commodity inspections and creation of the unified document circulation.

According to the decision of the CIS Chamber of Commerce leaders, the Congress of exhibition activity of the CIS countries will take place in 2008 in Moscow. The sixth session of the council of the CIS Chambers of Commerce leaders will take place in June, 2008 in Kazakhstan.
