The explosion at the Kazzinc plant was preliminarily caused by a violation of the technological process," he said.

According to Arinov, the investigation into the accident at the Vostoktsvetmet mine is also continuing.

The preliminary causes of the accident at the Vostoktsvetmet mine are mining operations conducted in violation of design documentation and inadequate organization of production processes," Chingis Arinov said.

He added that previous inspections at these facilities had identified violations of industrial safety requirements, including discrepancies in technical documentation, the absence of expert assessments for extending the service life of technical equipment, deviations from approved design documentation, weak production control, and the untimely replacement of worn-out equipment.
