CSTO countries agreed to open centre on patriotic education of youth
Cholpon-Ata. August 3. Kazakhstan Today - The CSTO member countries agreed to open on the bank of Issyk Kul the centre of patriotic education of youth of the countries of the organization. The President of Kyrgyzstan, Kurmanbek Bakiyev, informed in Cholpon-Ata, Kyrgyzstan, during the meeting of the heads of the CSTO member states on Friday, the agency reports.
"The main issue of big importance for the leaders of the CSTO countries is security and, in particular, the questions connected with international terrorism and religious extremism in the world," K. Bakiyev said.
He informed that following the results of the meeting, the leaders of the CSTO states reached some arrangements. "The leaders reached the agreement that the heads of the CSTO states will further have the coordinated information policy and made the decision on opening on the bank of Issyk Kul the centre of patriotic education of youth of the countries of the organization," the President of Kyrgyzstan explained.
