CSTO, NATO Secretaries to discuss cooperation issues
Almaty. September 14. Kazakhstan Today - Signing of the cooperation agreement and interaction between the Secretaries of the United Nations and the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) will be discussed at the opening of the 64th session of the UN General Assembly, which will take place on September 15 at the initiative of the Russian Federation, the agency reports citing CSTO Secretariat press service.
According to the press secretary of the CSTO Secretariat, Vitaly Strugovets, the agreement will formalize relations between the executive powers of two parties.
"The CSTO Secretariat hopes that the question of mutual relations between the Secretaries of the United Nations and CSTO will be positively solved and remind that the similar agreement was signed between the Secretaries of the United Nations and CSTO last year in September."
