Introduction of Kazakhstan to WTO to be discussed during Eurocommission visit
Astana. February 8. Kazakhstan Today - The question of introduction of Kazakhstan to WTO will be discussed tomorrow in Astana during the visit of the delegation of the European Trade Commission. The official representative of the department, Askar Abdrahmanov, said today during a weekly briefing in the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan, the agency reports.
"The delegation of the European Trade Commission will pay a working visit to Kazakhstan on February, 9," A. Abdrahmanov informed.
"The actual aspects of trade and economic relations between Kazakhstan and EU including accession to WTO, recognition of the European Union of the status of Kazakhstan as the country with the market economy, and the access of domestic goods to the European market will be discussed in the Kazakhstan state bodies."
