"Those projects of the international contracts and agreements, which will be signed by the leaders of states in Minsk on November 27, were approved at the commission session," I. Shuvalov said.

The decision to create the Customs Union was made by the Presidents of the EurAsEC countries on October 6, 2007. In October, 2008, Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan created the Customs Union Commission. Formation of the uniform customs territory assumes cancellation of the customs control on the border between the Customs Union countries. The control will be cancelled from July 1, 2010 on the Belarus-Russian border and on Kazakhstan - from July 1, 2011. The uniform custom duties in the territory of two countries will come into force on January 1, 2010. The customs code will come into force on July 1, 2010.
