Kyrgyzstan studies possibility of joining the Customs Union of Belarus, Russia and Kazakhstan, the agency reports citing the press service of the Ministry of Economic Development and Commerce of Kyrgyzstan.

Bishkek. July 17. Kazakhstan Today - Kyrgyzstan studies possibility of joining the Customs Union of Belarus, Russia and Kazakhstan, the agency reports citing the press service of the Ministry of Economic Development and Commerce of Kyrgyzstan.

According to the press service, this question was considered today in Bishkek during the meeting of the Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Commerce of Kyrgyzstan, Sanzhar Mukanbetov and EurAsEC Assistant Secretary General, Evgeniy Vorsin.

The participants of the working group during the meeting discussed participation of Kyrgyzstan in the Customs Union of Belorussia, Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation. The working group was created on May, 29th, 2009 and is headed by E. Vorsin.

The structure of the group also included heads of expert groups of the state-participants of the Customs Union concerning formation of the contract-legal base of the EurAsEC Customs Union and the representatives of Kyrgyzstan.
