Kazakhstan Today - Ex-Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan, Ar-Namys party leader, Felix Kulov suggested convening kurultay with participation of the authoritative leaders and the representatives of the ex-president, Kurmanbek Bakiev, to stabilize the situation in the country, the agency reports citing ITAR-TASS.

"They need to express their opinions and not having weapons in their hands. Certainly, they will be afraid, but we need to suggest them this. The people should see their heroes and the so-called heroes," he said in an interview to the news agency AKIpress.

According to F. Kulov, the provisional government has made a mistake, having started "to be struggling for the posts having using force and weapons." "We need to stop it immediately. Various forces fight for executive power offices. They must not fight, but to go to referendum, to accept Constitution and hold elections.
