Kazakhstan as OSCE chairman can play intermediary role between Western Europe and USA

"As the results of the research, there are hopes that Kazakhstan can play an intermediary role between Western Europe and the USA, on one hand, and the interests of Russia, on the other hand. Many western experts have expressed concerns that the OSCE, in the near future, may appear, figuratively speaking, "lame duck"," Michael Laubsch informed in the interview to Deutsche Welle.
