Kazakhstan, Russia signed agreement on establishment of international center on uranium enrichment

Astana. May 10. Kazakhstan Today - Today the intergovernmental agreement on establishment of the international center on uranium enrichment was signed during the official visit to Astana the President of Russia Vladimir Putin, the agency reports.

The Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Bakhtykozha Izmukhambetov and the Russian Chairman of the Federal agency on atomic energy Sergey Kirienko signed the document.

The Kazakhstan-Russian intergovernmental agreement on opening branches of the trade missions was signed. The Minister of Industry and Commerce of Kazakhstan Galym Orazbakov and the deputy Minister of Economic Development and Trade of the Russian Federation Vitaly Savelyev signed the document. The Kazakhstan and Russian leaders signed the plan of joint actions of two countries for 2007 - 2008.
