"We considered the question of creation of the antiterrorist centre in the south of Kyrgyzstan," K. Bakiyev said. "Kyrgyzstan does not have problems in the north. We have our neighbors there - China and Kazakhstan and a Russian air base Kant. We have more problems in the south, in Batkensky area, which directly borders Tajikistan and has common borders with Afghanistan," the President said.
