The Ministry of Internal Affairs has developed the bill on preventive maintenance and prevention of crimes in Kazakhstan. Vice Minister of Internal Affairs Alik Shpekbayev informed on Wednesday during the international scientific-practical conference Improvement of State System of Preventive Maintenance and Prevention of Crimes, the agency reports.

Astana. May 29. Kazakhstan Today - The Ministry of Internal Affairs has developed the bill on preventive maintenance and prevention of crimes in Kazakhstan. Vice Minister of Internal Affairs Alik Shpekbayev informed on Wednesday during the international scientific-practical conference Improvement of State System of Preventive Maintenance and Prevention of Crimes, the agency reports.

Vice Minister explained that "the main purpose of the bill is establishment of uniform policy in the field of preventive maintenance of offences, maintenance of law and order and safety, elimination of preconditions and conditions for fulfillment of crimes.

He said that nongovernmental organizations along with state bodies should be involved in preventive maintenance work. "The system of state social order is operating in Kazakhstan, which should allocate target grants for preventive maintenance of offences," A. Shpekbaev considers.

As a whole, the bill has been considered and approved by the Council of Legal Policy at Kazakhstan President.
