NATO is ready to assist Kazakhstan in development of navy fleet. "NATO can assist by consultations on planning the budget and technical assistance for development of Kazakhstan fleet," R. Simmons said. "During the previous visit I held the negotiations with the Minister of Defense on this issue and visited Aktau where Kazakhstan is going to restore its fleet and we are ready to assist in it," he added.
