President accepted report on formation and use of National fund for 2009

The President of Kazakhstan by his decree of May 7, 2010 №985 accepted the report on formation and use of the National fund of Kazakhstan for 2009, the agency reports citing official mass media.

Almaty. May 24. Kazakhstan Today - The President of Kazakhstan by his decree of May 7, 2010 №985 accepted the report on formation and use of the National fund of Kazakhstan for 2009, the agency reports citing official mass media.

According to the report, as of December 31, 2009, the assets of the National fund totaled 4 500 703 126 thousand KZT. Net assets of the National fund, as of December 31, 2009, totaled 4 009 528 878 thousand KZT.

"In 2009, the National fund of Kazakhstan received 1 378 100 414 thousand KZT due to direct tax receipts from the oil sector organizations (except for the taxes transferred to the local budgets) - 1 371 362 802 thousand KZT, 467 377 170 thousand KZT from which (equivalent $3 329 148 thousand) are receipts in foreign currency, other receipts from the operations carried out by the oil sector enterprises (except for the receipts transferred to the local budgets) - 6 083 054 thousand KZT, receipts from land sale for agricultural purpose - 654 091 thousand KZT, and investment income receipts from the National fund management - 919 317 487 thousand KZT."

"According to the law of Kazakhstan of November 25, 2006 №189 on guaranteed transfer from the National fund of the Republic Kazakhstan for 2007 - 2009, in 2009, 843 100 000 thousand KZT in the form of guaranteed transfer from the National fund of Kazakhstan has been transferred to the republican budget to cover the expenses of the development budget with the plan of 843 100 000 thousand KZT that is 100 % of the annual plan."
