President signed amendments to legislation concerning judicial and criminally-executive system

The head of state signed the law on the amendments and additions to Criminal, Criminally-Judicial and Civil Judicial Codes of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning modernization of the judicial system of the country, the agency reports citing the president's press service.

Astana. December 11. Kazakhstan Today - The head of state signed the law on the amendments and additions to Criminal, Criminally-Judicial and Civil Judicial Codes of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning modernization of the judicial system of the country, the agency reports citing the president's press service.

"The law is directed at formation in the country's trimeric judicial system, bringing the judicial legislation in conformity with the amendments introduced to the Constitution and the Constitutional Law on Judicial System and the Status of Judges of Kazakhstan."

According to the press service, the head of state signed the law on the amendments and additions to the acts concerning further modernization of the system of execution of criminal punishments and criminally-executive system directed at improvement of an order and conditions of execution of criminal punishments and also some questions related to service in the criminally-executive system.
