Report of Accounting Committee for 2009 can be reason for expression of vote of no-confidence to government

"I would like Bolat Bidahmetovich, the Minister of Finance of Kazakhstan, give us an explanation. 2009 was a very difficult year. 59.4 billion kZT have not been used, according to the report of the Accounting Committee. Free balance in comparison with 2008 has increased by 8.5 times and has totaled 56 billion KZT. The established limit of the governmental debt has been exceeded by 41 billion KZT, the government reserve was inefficiently used, and more than 280 billion KZT have remained on the depositary accounts. There were infringements for a total sum of 254 billion KZT. It turns out there have been infringements for a total sum of 800 billion KZT," E. Isakulov said.

"Considering these figures, I think, my colleagues can reject the government's report and express vote of no-confidence to the government," he said.
