Almaty children recovered from influenza A (H1N1)

Almaty. August 3. Kazakhstan Today - Children in Almaty who caught the influenza A (H1N1) virus have recovered, the agency reports citing the press service of Almaty akim.

According to the press service, "as of August 3, 2009, the Almaty children are healthy. No more cases have been revealed among the contact people. The epidemiological situation in the city is stable."

"According to the Department of Committee of State Sanitary-and-Epidemiologic Supervision of Kazakhstan in Almaty, two cases of the influenza A (Н1N1) virus were registered in the end of July of 2009.

"One child arrived from Spain and the second - from England. The children were undergoing out-patient treatment under supervision of local doctors."

15 cases of the disease of the influenza A (H1N1) have been registered in Kazakhstan.
