Baikonur. September 10. Kazakhstan Today - The crash of Proton will not affect preparation and the date of the launch of the spacecraft Union TMA-11. Preparation of carrier rockets Union-FG and the spacecraft Union TMA-11 is being carried out according to the schedule, the Federal Space Center Baikonur press service informed the agency.

The space ship's radio systems are undergoing checks. The experts are carrying out the checks of the blocks and the steps of the carrier rocket Union-FG in the assembly-test case of the platform 112.

The composition of the crew on the International Space Station in the Space town includes: commander of the Space Center - Peggy Whitson (USA), commander of the carrier rocket Soyuz TMA-11 - Yury Malenchenko (Russia), the participant of space flight - sheikh Muszafar Shukon al-Masri (Malaysia). Duplicating crew: Mike Sink (USA), Salizhan Sharipov (Russia), Pin Halid Fayiz (Malaysia).

Arrival of the crews in Baikonur for pre-starting preparation is expected in the beginning of October. The launch of РН Soyuz-FG with the carrier rocket Soyuz TMA-11 is planned for October 10, 2007.

According to the program of the expedition, the main crew of Soyuz TMA will replace the crew of the 15th basic expedition of Feodor Yurchihin and Oleg Kotov. The participant of the space flight, the first Malasian astronaut, sheikh Muszafar Shukon al-Masri will spend at the International Space Center for 10 days and then will return to the Earth with Feodor Yurchihin and Oleg Kotov.
