Export tax on light mineral oil gone up by $67.29 per ton since September 12

Kazakhstan, since September 12, 2009, increased export tax on light mineral oil - from $59.87 to $67.29 per ton. The government's order of Kazakhstan of August 6, 2009 №1204 was published on Wednesday in official mass media.

Almaty. August 13. Kazakhstan Today - Kazakhstan, since September 12, 2009, increased export tax on light mineral oil - from $59.87 to $67.29 per ton. The government's order of Kazakhstan of August 6, 2009 №1204 was published on Wednesday in official mass media.

According to the order, tax on heavy distillates increased: liquid fuel and gasoil and oil bitumen - from $39.91 to $44.86 per ton.

"The Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan will in fortnight term notify the Secretariat of Integration Committee of the Eurasian Economic Community of the accepted by the government of the Republic of Kazakhstan measures on regulation of foreign trade activity."

The order will come into force after thirty calendar days from the date of the first official publication.
