The President of Kazakhstan, Nursultan Nazarbayev, informed during extraordinary XII congress of the People's Democratic Party Nur Otan on Friday, the agency reports.

"We will begin a five-year period of the accelerated industrially-innovative development program from January, 1st, 2010 within the limits of the development strategy of Kazakhstan till 2030," N. Nazarbayev said.

The head of the state said, "The role of state planning and stimulation of economy will be strengthened. The main market principles, such as competitiveness, immunity of private property, and encouragement of business initiatives, will remain unchanged," the President of Kazakhstan said.
