World prices for oil on November 11

The prices for oil at the tenders on Thursday, November 11, remained unchanged in New York and slightly went down in London in the background of expectations of growth of demand for fuel in China. The negative influence of growth of the dollar exchange rate has been counterbalanced by forecasts of increase in oil demand.

Kazakhstan Today - The prices for oil at the tenders on Thursday, November 11, remained unchanged in New York and slightly went down in London in the background of expectations of growth of demand for fuel in China. The negative influence of growth of the dollar exchange rate has been counterbalanced by forecasts of increase in oil demand.

The official cost of the December futures contract (settlement) of North Sea Brent Crude at the Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) within the last trading day went down on November 11 from $88.96 to $88.81 per barrel.

The official cost of the December futures contract (settlement) on the American Light Sweet Crude Oil (WTI) at the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) within the last trading day increased on November 11 remained at the level of $87.81 per barrel.

The price of the OPEC Reference Basket on November 10 increased from $84.92 up to $85.27 per barrel.
