Deputy group created in Supreme Rada to inform citizens of Ukraine on CSTO work

The deputy group has been created in Supreme Rada of Ukraine to inform the citizens of Ukraine on activities of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO). The chair of the group, Anatoly Tolstouhov, informed in the letter to CSTO Secretary General, Nikolay Bordyuzha, the agency reports citing the press service of CSTO Secretariat.

Moscow. July 22. Kazakhstan Today - The deputy group has been created in Supreme Rada of Ukraine to inform the citizens of Ukraine on activities of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO). The chair of the group, Anatoly Tolstouhov, informed in the letter to CSTO Secretary General, Nikolay Bordyuzha, the agency reports citing the press service of CSTO Secretariat.

The group main task, as it states in the letter of the deputy of the Ukrainian Parliament, is studying of all aspects of the organization, its activity and prospects of development. "Taking into account the necessity of construction of the new scheme of European safety, this information is extremely important for Ukraine," A. Tolstouhov underlined.

The Ukrainian members of Parliament addressed N. Bordyuzha with the request to provide them the official information about CSTO, invitation of the representatives of the group to the events of the organization and rendering assistance in establishment of contacts between CSTO Parliamentary Assemblies and the Supreme Rada of Ukraine.
