Kazakhstan PM met Minister for Foreign Affairs of Romania

The Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Karim Masimov held the meeting with the Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Romania Adrian Cioroianu on Friday, Kazakhstan Prime Minister's press service informed the agency.

Astana. October 15. Kazakhstan Today - The Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Karim Masimov held the meeting with the Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Romania Adrian Cioroianu on Friday, Kazakhstan Prime Minister's press service informed the agency.

During the meeting the Prime Minister of the Kazakhstan government noted development of the relations of Kazakhstan and Romania towards qualitatively new level. The interlocutors noted positive dynamics of growth of bilateral cooperation in political, economic and cultural spheres.

In his turn, A. Cioroianu emphasized "Kazakhstan is nowadays the most important partner of Romania in the region and expressed interest in realization of energy projects on transportation of oil and gas, co-production of oil equipment in Kazakhstan by the Romanian technologies.

During the meeting the Prime Minister of Kazakhstan and the Minister for Foreign Affairs of Romania came to the opinion on necessity of further development and strengthening of bilateral trade, economic, cultural and humanitarian relations, and coordination of efforts of two countries within the limits of the international organizations.
