Summit of heads of APEC states held in Japan

Almaty. November 15. Kazakhstan Today - The work of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) summit was held in the Japanese city of Iokogama, the agency reports referring to RIA RosBusinessConsulting (RBC).

According to organizers of the meeting, its participants accepted declaration, which would confirm intention aiming at trade liberalization and struggle with protectionism to achieve the balanced and steady social and economic growth.

The forum participants discussed the questions of personal security of people, including food safety, struggle against terrorism, and the measures for prevention of serious consequences of natural disasters.
