Bill directed at transparency of banking activity to be developed in Kazakhstan

"The head of state stated that banks should be only engaged in the banking activity and they should not have any communications with various affiliated structures," K. Masimov reminded.

He assigned the Agency for Financial Supervision, the National Bank, the Ministry of Economy and the Ministry of Finance to develop and bring in the government some corresponding proposals and the bill until May 1, which then will be brought to the Parliament of Kazakhstan.
