Government approved list of exchange goods

The government of Kazakhstan passed the decree of May, 6th of 2009, №638 on the list of exchange goods, the agency reports citing official mass media.

Almaty. May 20. Kazakhstan Today - The government of Kazakhstan passed the decree of May, 6th of 2009, №638 on the list of exchange goods, the agency reports citing official mass media.

"According to the item 2 of the Article 10 of the Law of Kazakhstan of July, 5th, 2008 on Transfer Pricing, the government of the Republic of Kazakhstan decrees: to approve the list of exchange goods," the text of the decree states.

The inventory includes: oil and mineral oil, gaseous fuel and other gaseous hydrocarbons, nonferrous metals (copper, lead, zinc, aluminium), rolled metal and non-alloyed steel, precious metals (gold, silver), wheat, barley, rice, sugar, cotton, skins of horn livestock.

"The decree puts in operation from the date of its first official publication," the document published today, May, 19th, states.
