Government expanded list of forbidden imported and exported goods

The government of Kazakhstan passed the decree on June 17, 2009 №931, which introduces amendments to the governmental decree of Kazakhstan on interdiction of import to the Republic of Kazakhstan and export from the Republic of Kazakhstan of the goods and vehicles and also interdictions and restrictions on carrying out of operations with the goods under separate customs modes," the agency reports citing the official mass media.

According to the document, wild live animals, live fish (except for decorative fish), eggs in shell, blood of wild animals have also been included to the list of forbidden goods for import to the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The amendments to the governmental decree extends the list of goods forbidden for export from the Republic of Kazakhstan.
