Dmitry Medvedev considers that Kazakhstan is the most reliable and close ally of Russia, the agency reports referring to the press service of the administration of the President of Kazakhstan. According to the press service, the President of Kazakhstan N. Nazarbayev held telephone conversation with the Russia President Vladimir Putin and Dmitry Medvedev, who won in the presidential elections in Russia.

Astana. March 4. Kazakhstan Today - Dmitry Medvedev considers that Kazakhstan is the most reliable and close ally of Russia, the agency reports referring to the press service of the administration of the President of Kazakhstan.

According to the press service, the President of Kazakhstan N. Nazarbayev held telephone conversation with the Russia President Vladimir Putin and Dmitry Medvedev, who won in the presidential elections in Russia.

During the conversation with the current leader of Russian Nursultan Nazarbayev congratulated V. Putin on victory of the candidate of the President of the Russian Federation that he supported.

"The President of Kazakhstan thanked him for big contribution to development of bilateral cooperation, having emphasized, that for the period of presidency of V. Putin the relations of Kazakhstan and Russia have reached absolutely a new level in all spheres - in political, economic, cooperation in defense, and cultural-humanitarian communications," the message informs.

V. Putin assured N. Nazarbayev, he plans in the future to strengthen friendship and allied relations between Russia and Kazakhstan.

N. Nazarbayev congratulated D. Medvedev on the confident victory in the presidential elections and wished him successes on the new post for the blessing of Russia and Russian people. The Kazakhstan leader expressed confidence in further development of allied relations of two countries, further expansion of contractual-legal base of cooperation in political and economic spheres.
