Kazakhstan ratified protocol on amendments to agreement with Bulgaria on mutual investments

Astana. May 8. Kazakhstan Today - The President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev signed the law On ratification of the Protocol on amendments to the agreement between the government of the Republic Kazakhstan and the government of the Republic Bulgaria on mutual encouragement and protection of investments," the president's press service informed.

As it was informed earlier, the introduced changes in the protocol establish that the conditions of the regime stipulated by the agreement should not be applied to all existing or future advantages provided by any agreeing party due to its membership in the customs, economic and currency union, common market or the zone of free trade.

Kazakhstan ratified the agreement on May 15, 2001.
