Nazarbayev signed amendments to Law on Operatively-Search Activity

The head of the state, Nursultan Nazarbayev, signed Law on Amendments and Additions to the Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Operatively-Search Activity, the agency reports citing the president's press service.

Astana. July 17. Kazakhstan Today - The head of the state, Nursultan Nazarbayev, signed Law on Amendments and Additions to the Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Operatively-Search Activity, the agency reports citing the president's press service.

"The head of the state signed Law of Kazakhstan on Amendments and Additions to the Acts of Kazakhstan on Operatively-Search Activity directed at improvement of operatively-search work, increase of its efficiency in struggle against criminality, and assigning the bodies of Office of Public Prosecutor to carry out preliminary investigation," the press service informed.

The text of the law is published in press.

As informed earlier, the purpose of the law is to introduce amendments and additions to the Criminal and Criminal-Judicial Codes of Kazakhstan and to Law of Kazakhstan on Operatively-Search Activity to further improve operatively-search activity in the country.
